29-30 June 2010

The 3rd European Shortsea Congress
Dublin Castle, Dublin

Following two hugely successful European Shortsea Conferences (Dublin 2008 and Liverpool 2009) that were attended by over 150 shortsea professionals, Navigate Events and the IMDO have announced dates for the 2010 event. The conference will re-visit Dublin on 29 and 30 June. Our third event promises to be even bigger and will bring together Europe's unitised and bulk shortsea shipping interests to address the main concerns of the shortsea sector as it faces the second decade of the new millennium.

The 2010 Congress will include:

  • Pre-conference networking reception

  • Two-day conference programme (including bulk and unitised interests) in the prestigious Dublin Castle

  • Conference dinner at Trinity College

  • Tour of the Port of Dublin

The agenda is currently being drafted and we welcome input from all sectors of the shortsea industry to help us shape an interesting and relevant conference programme. If you would like to make a suggestion or offer to present a paper, please contact Mike Elsom at Navigate Events.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available and please contact Will Bixby at Navigate Events to find out more.

If you would like to be kept up-to-date with the progress of this year's European Shortsea Congress, please send your full contact details (including Shortsea 2010 in the message header) to Navigate Events.
